This research examines the development of an iPad-based curriculum for Islamic Religious Education at Al-Azhar Asy-Syarif Islamic School, North Sumatra. Using a Research and Development (R&D) approach, the study evaluates the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of digital learning materials through expert validation and student assessments.

The findings demonstrate that the developed teacher and student learning materials are feasible, practical, and effective for educational implementation, with an N-Gain score of 0.38, indicating a moderate improvement in learning outcomes.
